Apprenticeships are increasingly being recognised as presenting exciting, no-cost opportunities for both apprentice and employer.
All our programmes are now delivered online, removing all geographical boundaries and our workshops are taught live, online and by highly qualified and experienced sector experts.
Apprenticeships:
As a registered apprenticeship training provider, we are committed to working collaboratively with employers from maintained schools, other multi-academy trusts and private, voluntary and independent organisations to provide the best apprenticeships programmes across the education sector – for the ultimate benefit of all staff and the children and young people they work with.
Apprenticeship training is free for the vast majority of employers and for learners.
Our apprenticeship provision was awarded “Good” by Ofsted in Autumn 2022. Inspectors said Ebor programmes helped apprentices “develop significant and relevant new skills, knowledge and behaviours” and that they feel valued and listened to and grow in confidence and resilience to carry out their roles.
Ofsted noted that:
We are particularly keen to work in partnership with other multi-academy trusts to help improve outcomes for pupils.
Email Sue Hinchcliffe, our director of education apprenticeships, apprenticeships@ebor.academy, to arrange a no-obligation conversation to discuss opportunities.
