This is in order to attend live workshops and to develop a portfolio of evidence.

They will also need to complete planned and directed learning activities e.g. undertake research, self-directed learning activities. meet and shadow colleagues and complete evidence based tasks.

We work with employers and apprentices to create a training and development plan that works for both
employer and learner.

Entry requirements:
Apprentices will be required to hold at least 4 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 4).
Apprentices who do not hold L2 Qualifications in English and Maths may be required by their employer (otherwise encouraged) to work towards these during their apprenticeship.
