Marfleet Primary Academy have signed up to the Hull and East Yorkshire Mind Business Wellbeing Charter, following the lead of their Chair of Governors, Jack Moor, who is also a member.
He said,
“Schools do so much for young people, but that only works when staff feel supported too. This is about making sure the people looking after our children have the right support around their own wellbeing.”
The Charter is completely free for local employers and gives a simple, practical framework to support staff mental health – no tick boxes, just real action.
