Cradle to Career
Cradle to Career is a Reach Foundation programme of community-based, place-focused initiatives that unites residents, schools, and organisations to support children from birth through to employment. It aims to eliminate achievement gaps in disadvantaged areas by providing integrated, tailored support (including health, education, and social services) to help young people thrive.
One of the key objectives of this programme is to link suppliers with the local businesses and families in our school communities, to create a multi agency pipeline of support, targeted to the individual needs of each school.
