Workforce Planning
Ebor Academy Trust plans and manages its workforce through combined discussion with Leaders, Finance and HR. Decisions are made based on the available resources and the needs of our schools and their children.
Changing and reorganising workforce structures is complex and requires forward planning. Whether plans are to end a fixed term or temporary contract or whether entire restructures are needed, HR advice should be taken at the earliest opportunity.
